Amity Centre for Entrepreneurship Development Amity University Uttar Pradesh Noida campus, organized Startup Conclave 2026 on the theme “Innovate, Empower & Inspire: Building Sustainable Entrepreneurial Futures.” The conclave aimed to nurture entrepreneurial thinking among students and provide aspiring entrepreneurs with meaningful exposure to the evolving startup ecosystem.
The conclave was designed to encourage students with “Start Your Own Venture” aspirations by connecting them with investors, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders who shared valuable insights on innovation, business strategy, funding opportunities, and sustainable entrepreneurship. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from student innovators, industry experts, and mentors.
Addressing the gathering, Ms. Geetika Dayal, Director General, TiE Delhi-NCR, emphasized the importance of innovation-driven entrepreneurship and collaborative ecosystems in shaping future-ready startups. She encouraged students to focus on solving real-world challenges through scalable and sustainable business ideas while leveraging mentorship and networking opportunities available within the startup ecosystem.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Kapil Khurana, Certified SIRI Assessor for Industry 4.0, AI IIoT, and AR/VR India, highlighted the growing role of emerging technologies in transforming industries and creating new entrepreneurial avenues. He advised young entrepreneurs to embrace digital transformation, innovation, learning and adaptability to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Dr. Balvinder Shukla, Vice Chancellor, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, stated that the university remains committed to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry-academia collaboration. She noted that such initiatives empower students to become job creators rather than job seekers and contribute meaningfully toward nation-building and economic growth.
Dr. Chanderdeep Tandon, Additional Pro Vice Chancellor Amity University, said, “Through initiatives such as Startup Conclave 2026, Amity University Uttar Pradesh continues to strengthen its commitment to promoting entrepreneurship, innovation, and leadership among youth, thereby contributing to the development of a vibrant startup culture in India.”
Sharing his experience as a Startup Founder, Amity student, Faizaan said, “With the guidance of Amity mentors, I was able to establish my startup venture CalmConnect, which addresses mental health challenges prevalent among students. I am grateful to Amity for providing us with the infrastructure, mentorship, and entrepreneurial ecosystem required to launch and grow my venture.”
Expressing his heartfelt gratitude to Amity, another student entrepreneur, Arun Shandilya, shared, “I always aspired to become an entrepreneur, and with my venture Vinr, a clean and natural skincare and wellness brand, this dream became a reality. I express my heartfelt gratitude to the faculty and mentors at Amity University, whose constant guidance made this possible.”
Amity student Sahil Kumar stated, “I launched my startup SK Enterprises, a premium brand offering high-quality, pure, and flavourful spices. The journey was not easy, however, Amity’s support has been instrumental in transforming my idea into a successful brand.”
The conclave also featured Business Plan Presentation Sessions by the students, networking opportunities, and discussions on venture pitching, mentoring, investment readiness, and startup scalability. The participants gained practical insights into building sustainable enterprises and navigating the challenges of the entrepreneurial journey.
