Ganjam, July 27 UDN}: On the occasion, the District Collector highlighted several new public welfare initiatives, including free eye check-ups for school students under the “Nayan Jyoti” programme and the distribution of spectacles to those in need. Information was also shared about health camps such as “Gurujananka Pain Gurubara” (Thursday for Senior Citizens), aimed at providing accessible healthcare services to the elderly.
Health workers and officials who have made significant contributions to the successful implementation of health campaigns in rural areas were also felicitated during the ceremony for their dedicated service and valuable contribution to public healthcare.
