Bhubaneswar, Aug 24 [UDN}:Odisha Supply Minister Krushna Chandra Patra has made a major announcement in the interest of farmers, stating that all farmers who have completed their registration will be provided with procurement tokens. The announcement is expected to bring significant relief to registered farmers who have been waiting for tokens to sell their agricultural produce at government procurement centres.
According to the announcement, no eligible registered farmer will be left out of the token distribution process. The government has emphasized that every farmer whose name is included in the official registration records will receive a token, enabling them to participate in the procurement process and sell their produce through the designated system.
The decision is aimed at ensuring a smooth, transparent and farmer-friendly procurement process while preventing registered farmers from facing difficulties in selling their produce.
