Bhubaneswar, Sept 5 [UDN}:Pink-coloured ballot papers will be used for Ward Member candidates. Blue ballot papers have been designated for Sarpanch candidates, yellow for Panchayat Samiti Member candidates, and white for Zilla Parishad Member candidates.
The State Election Commission has issued a detailed notification in this regard.
