May 25: The Chief Minister of Odisha, Mohan Charan Majhi, visited the Trimetro Garments facility, an EPIC Group company at the IDCO Industrial Estate in Khordha, and reviewed industrial operations while interacting with workers.

During the visit, he also toured Anandron Systems and held discussions with employees to understand workplace conditions, infrastructure needs, and overall operational efficiency.
The Chief Minister stressed the need to strengthen industrial zones by improving worker-friendly facilities and ensuring balanced development that supports both industry growth and employee welfare.
He reiterated that generating local employment and enhancing youth skill development remain key priorities of the state government, with a focus on increasing participation of local communities in industrial growth.
Special emphasis was placed on women’s safety and workplace support systems. He announced initiatives aimed at improving transport facilities, including electric buses, along with plans for modern hostel infrastructure to ensure safer and more comfortable working conditions for women employees.
The state government reaffirmed its commitment to accelerating industrial development in Odisha by attracting investment, promoting modern manufacturing, and ensuring that economic growth directly benefits local people through jobs and improved infrastructure.
