Bhubaneswar, Sept 10 [UDN}:The Odisha Government’s Department of Agriculture and Farmers’ Empowerment will disburse the fifth instalment under the CM-KISAN scheme tomorrow, providing financial assistance to eligible farmers across the state.
The disbursement ceremony will be held at the Agriculture Education Sadan of Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT) in Bhubaneswar. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will formally release the financial assistance to the beneficiaries during the event.
The initiative is aimed at providing timely financial support to farmers and strengthening the state government’s ongoing efforts towards agricultural development, farmer welfare and economic empowerment of the farming community.
