Bhubaneswar,July 27 UDN}: The State Government’s decision to increase the Dearness Allowance (DA) by 5% for state government employees is a highly welcome and commendable step. With this increase, the DA has been raised from 257% to 262%. The enhanced allowance, which will be implemented retrospectively from January, will be received by employees along with their July salaries.
This sincere effort by the government towards ensuring the financial security and welfare of its employees will significantly boost their morale and motivation.
