Bhubaneswar, July 8 {UDN}: In a significant administrative decision, the state government has extended the deadline for submission of electronic Performance Appraisal Reports (e-PAR) for Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ officers until July 31. The extension has been granted to ensure that all officers get adequate time to complete and submit their annual performance reports without delay.
The move is expected to streamline the evaluation process and improve administrative efficiency. Officials who have not yet submitted their reports have been advised to utilize the extended period and complete the process within the revised deadline. The government has also directed the concerned departments to ensure timely compliance with the new schedule.
