Russian , Sept 10 [UDN}: Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to visit India as part of an upcoming diplomatic engagement and is expected to participate in the BRICS Summit. His proposed visit is likely to further strengthen the longstanding strategic partnership and close diplomatic relations between India and Russia.
